Servers are charged out at $27.50 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours.
This includes set up as needed for the event, clean up and service time.

E.C.P.C.S covers equipment needed to serve food such as utensils, chafing dishes, paper plates, cutlery, napkins. Equipment rental such as Portable BBQ is not included.
